Agroecology is at the heart of our Estate, with its famous appellations of Marsannay, Chambertin, Ruchottes-Chambertin, Clos de Vougeot, Echezeaux, Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Bel-Air and Champeaux, Vosne-Romanée en Orveaux … The Château operates in the most beautiful Climats of the vineyard that the Hospices de Dijon possess in Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune.
Red wines have the most important part of our range. The great names of Côte de Nuits rub shoulders with the up-and-coming terroir identity of Marsannay, Longeroies, Champs Perdrix, Clos du Roy… More than 40 Climats are vinified and matured separately, a premium approach of the identity of the terroir.
Château de Marsannay is located near Dijon, in the heart of the vineyards. Visiting the Château is a real pleasure for the 5 senses. We discover, with the help of educational and fun tools, the history of Burgundy wines and its Climats. We walk through the vaulted cellars and taste the wines of the Estate, facing the vines.
Château de Marsannay strongly contributes to the recognition of the Marsannay appellation whose terroir and winegrowers quality is undeniable. The wines are vinified and aged in a minimal interventionist approach in order to respect each terroir’s identity.

The heat of the last few days has produced ripe, concentrated berries: all the conditions for a fine vintage are in place!
