Unless otherwise stated, our prices are net, all taxes included, and apply within mainland France excluding Corsica. The bottle price refers to a 75cl bottle unless otherwise specified. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Full payment is required at the time of order by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa). Our products remain our property until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period<\/span> from the receipt of your order to return any unwanted goods in their original delivery condition to:

The value of the returned products listed on the invoice, including the initial delivery costs (excluding return costs), will be refunded, minus the value of any retained products.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipping fees are a flat rate of \u20ac35<\/span> for any order of fewer than 24 bottles or \u20ac350 in value<\/span>, and free of charge<\/span> for orders of 24 bottles or more<\/span> or \u20ac350 or more<\/span>, unless otherwise specified.
Our wines are packaged in boxes of 6 bottles. If you wish to order a mixed selection of wines, please contact us at +33 (0)3 80 51 71 11<\/span> or commande@chateau-marsannay.com<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The delivery time is approximately 2 weeks<\/span>, except in the case of major disruptions (weather issues, strikes, etc.).
Delivery is available by appointment only<\/span>, scheduled by the carrier. Please provide your phone number and email address<\/span> to ensure successful delivery.

Wine is a living product, sensitive to shocks and temperature changes: we recommend waiting three weeks<\/span> after delivery before consuming it.
If you do not have a cool, humid cellar, your wines may have a shorter storage life. We recommend tasting one bottle occasionally (once a year) to monitor its development.<\/p>\n

PROTECTION OF MINORS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959, Law No. 74-631 of July 5, 1974, and Article L.3353-3 of the French Public Health Code prohibit the sale of alcohol to minors.
Any person purchasing wine from SC Ch\u00e2teau de Marsannay<\/span> confirms that they are at least 18 years old<\/span> at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact Ch\u00e2teau de Marsannay<\/span> to seek an amicable resolution.
