3rd Paul\u00e9e de No\u00ebl at Ch\u00e2teau de Marsannay<\/span><\/h4>\n

The 3rd Paul\u00e9e de No\u00ebl<\/strong> was held on Saturday 6 December, immersing guests in an atmosphere that was as elegant as it was warm.<\/p>\n

Faithful to the excellence of the Bernard Loiseau group, Chef Alexandre Dutat<\/strong>, from Loiseau des Vignes<\/strong> in Beaune, sublimated festive gastronomy with a high-flying menu, reinterpreting Burgundian classics with finesse and creativity.<\/p>\n

The wines of Ch\u00e2teau de Marsannay accompanied the dinner, offering perfectly matched food and wine pairings, such as Burgundy’s iconic cheese, \u2018Abbaye de C\u00eeteaux en mendiants,\u2019 accompanied by Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
